Unlike other RS3 intercoolers on the market, we decided to create an intercooler that fits snugly under the crash bar with NO crash bar modifications required; this means most importantly no changes are made to structural rigidity of the front end of the vehicle and will still perform as it should if a collision was to occur. This really gives peace of mind when using our cooler that the vehicle will be as safe as it was when leaving the factory while also not invalidating insurance. Our intercooler is longer, taller and much wider than the standard intercooler utilising every bit of available space behind the grill while still sitting under the crash bar. With minimal modifications needed to the backside of the bumper this kit wont impact the resale of the vehicle and is easily reversible back to stock. This makes our intercooler a great modification to any enthusiast knowing the car can be returned to original state easily.
